Had a real good stay with better customer service, everything was really good. The rooms turned out to be fashionable and functional with the bedroom and the shower. The location of the property was perfect and exceptionally nice, in old town area. I didn't feel like leaving, so totally recommend this hotel.

The room was reasonably priced with an exceptional view of the Lake and the surrounds. The service was excellent, it had a pretty good rooftop restaurant. The location was amazing, close to Dinh co Vu.

The hotel itself was high-class and spotlessly clean. Got very nicely furnished room with a stunning view. The location was absolutely ideal and quiet, very close to the "Turtle Tower " lake as well as SO MANY restaurants. Had nice dainties at Fanny, located few metres away from the venue. The roof top bar was a plus. I had luxury experience and would like to stay longer.

Hospitable staff with service of the staff, nicely decorated and brand-new rooms. Splendid views over the lake and the street in front of the hotel and a nice design. Absolutely perfect location, easy walk to everywhere. Easy to reach from Noi Bai International airport, 32 minutes drive.

Nicely appointed and good quality accommodation with handy setting very close to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Lake which is beautiful and also the old quarter which is great for restaurants of all types and restaurants that are ideal for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and snacks. What an exceptional stay, nothing too much trouble.

Everything is first-class here, had an absolutely amazing stay with better customer service. The staff are very courteous, managed the parking on-site. At the cocktail bar they serve fantastic food and drinks.
